Shipping and Return Policy
Processing time for orders without engraving is 1 day. If your order is placed before 11:00am EST (Mon - Fri), it will leave the next day. If it is placed after 11:00am EST. Processing time for orders with engraving vary, and can take from 2 to 4 days depending on size of engraving.

Standard shipping is 2-5 business days - 0$
Priority mail - 14$
Next day air UPS - 35$ (please note next day air send on Friday may arrive Monday)
We don’t offer UPS service to Alaska and Hawaii so if you chose shipping upgrade your package will be send with USPS express.
Shipping to Canada
Standard shipping USPS 7-15 business days.
Expedite shipping UPS UPS 4-8 business days
Rest of the world
Standard shipping 3-4 weeks;
Expedite shipping is not available.

Orders shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties.

• New/unused, with original packaging and tags.
• Refund or exchange available (subject to stock).
• Original shipping is non-refundable. If you use our prepaid label, the cost is deducted from your refund.
International:
• 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• New/unused, with original packaging and tags.
• Refunds only — no exchanges or store credit.
• Customer covers return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Items must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received them.
• In original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and inserts included.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
Refunds
• After your return is delivered to our warehouse and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
• Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection; your bank may need additional time to post funds.
• Currency & fees: Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency.
